Here's my menu plan for the week. This week's menu has a good mix of mediterranean and asian flavors. I went to Super 88 (a big asian market) yesterday, and so I have a nice collection of asian vegetables to work with. Asterisks show what I will make or prep on Sunday. This may seem pretty agressive - but with planning, judicious shopping and choosing a good variety of easy-to-make dishes, it's not so hard.
